Ham Radio Classes Forming Now The EL Paso Amateur Radio Club (W5ES) conducts an 8 week course, 2½ hours each session, held on Saturdays. You will learn everything you need for your FCC Amateur Radio license, and talk on the radio around the world. Classes begin as soon as four or more sign up. Fee is $40.00 – manual and study materials are included. Preregistration is required.
